Finally, a truly LUXURY building
Condo level finishes in an apartment building were a unique find. I love the boutique size, but the building still has all of the important amenities (gym, conference room, lounge, concierge). I got to choose from a lot of different floor plans. Location is a plus too. Super happy with my decision.

This boutique building in Mount Vernon Triangle offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and community. The amenities are top-tier, the rooftop lounge and terrace have stunning views of the city, with plenty of space to relax, work, or entertain. There’s a full chef’s kitchen, wine bar, firepit, and grills, which make it feel like an extension of your apartment. The fitness center is spotless and well-equipped, and I also really appreciate the dedicated yoga/stretch space.
Service is exceptional
The concierge and management team are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the front desk is super helpful with deliveries and day-to-day needs.
Great Place to Live!
We recently moved into The Claret and absolutely love our new home. It’s a brand-new building just steps away from excellent restaurants, our favorite being Baan Siam (amazing Thai food!), as well as public transportation and grocery stores. Our apartment is spacious and filled with natural light. The building is pet-friendly and conveniently located near several green spaces, which our fur baby enjoys every day. We really appreciate that The Claret isn’t a massive, overcrowded complex, it feels comfortable and community-oriented.
